Hardin Medical Center announces the addition of Chief Operating Officer



SAVANNAH, TN—October 8, 2018 – Hardin Medical Center (HMC) announces Rebecca Wright has been named the Chief Operating Officer; a new position at the medical center. Wright will be responsible for assisting with strategic planning, managing healthcare service lines and developing strong relationships within the medical community as well as driving growth and cost containment initiatives.
Wright comes to HMC with 10 plus years of healthcare experience having worked with MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, also in IL and most recently Iroquois Memorial Hospital in Watseka, IL.
She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO receiving a Bachelor of Art in Communication Studies then obtained a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. 
HMC Chief Executive Officer Nick Lewis said, “After an extensive search, I am excited to add Rebecca to our executive staff. I believe she is the right person to help lead us to the next level. We welcome her to HMC and look forward to utilizing her leadership experience.”
